Villa Sanibel bietet auf etwa 150 m² klimatisierter Wohnfläche ein großzügiges Raumkonzept mit einem großen Wohnraum und offener Küche mit Frühstücksbar sowie einem angrenzenden Eßbereich. In die ebenfalls zum Wohnraum gehörende gemütliche TV Ecke kann man sich gerne zurückziehen oder wer es denn einmal ganz ruhig braucht, dem steht das schöne Erkerzimmer mit einem Schreibtisch und einem Sofa zur Verfügung, welches bei Besuch schnell in ein Gästebett verwandelt werden kann. Die Licht durchfluteten und freundlich möblierten Räume machen dieses Haus sehr behaglich. Auf dem großen Pooldeck, das auch mit der teilweise überdachten Terrasse ein schattiges Plätzchen bietet, können Sie Ihr Sonnenbad ausgiebig zu jeder Tageszeit genießen und der große schön geformte Pool lädt zur Abkühlung und zum Schwimmen ein. Am Abend ist ein Barbecue auf dem Gasgrill schnell zubereitet und dabei genießt man die Ruhe dieser Wohngegend in schöner und gepflegter Nachbarschaft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Publix, sind in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar, so dass zum Frühstück am Pool die frischen „Chicago Hard Rolls“ bestimmt nie fehlen werden, dabei lassen Sie Ihren Blick über den schön mit tropischen Pflanzen und Palmen angelegten Garten schweifen. Ihr Auto findet in der Doppelgarage Platz, diese hat eine Verbindungstür direkt ins Haus. Zwei Schlafzimmer, welche durch den mittleren Wohnbereich getrennt sind, ideal für 4 Personen, haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad mit großer Dusche und Tageslicht und große Glasschiebetüren, durch die man direkten Zugang zum Pooldeck hat.
